So lonely and yet so far! So close and yet so lost!

To gun shoots in tacky bakery stores and bars…
To pretend you can’t talk…
To "borrow" ice-cream trucks and market pigs!
You leave messages on jukeboxes and mascara stains on the bed!
You choose the pain of non-commitment and the pleasure of a fight or two.

This film was always shot with music…
on a portable disc player in our heads…

Shirley Kwan, Chyi Chin & Marriane Faithful knew our film (Fallen Angels) months and years before it could even be made!
